Lokacija objekta je veoma dobra nekih 20 min. hoda do Trga Bana Jelačića, pa tako i do ostalih znamenitosti grada koje treba posjetiti. Odmah uz objekat (50 metara) se nalazi podzemna garaža (povoljna cijena). Domaćin objekata više nego prijatan i susretljiv, a objekat, iako površinom ne prevelik, ima sve što je potrebno za turistički boravak. U svakom slučaju topla preporuka i svakako namjeravam ponovno doći.
