Много чисто, уютно и много спокойно местоположение. Има къде да се паркира. Дворът е чудесен, джакузито и сауната също. Предполага, че в по-топлите месеци и басейнът ще е супер.

Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding my recent booking, as the accommodation did not correspond to the information stated in the Booking.com listing. The property was advertised as pet-friendly and as an accommodation where the entire property would be exclusively available to me. However, upon arrival, the owner informed me that I must stay in Apartment 2, not the apartment originally implied by the listing. Between Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 there were extremely unsafe and unsuitable fire stairs, which were in very poor condition and completely inaccessible for my dog. This created a serious safety concern and made it impossible to stay in or use the accommodation as advertised. Additionally, it became clear that the entire property was not exclusively mine, as the owner repeatedly referred to other tenants who were expected to arrive and stated that my dog could disturb them. This directly contradicted the description of the accommodation. Due to these conditions, I was unable to stay at the property at all and had to leave immediately, as it was not possible to safely or reasonably remain there under the advertised terms. The owner subsequently refunded me the amount I had previously paid. Despite the refund, I believe it is important to report this case, as the listing was misleading and did not reflect the actual conditions of the accommodation, particularly regarding pet-friendliness, safety, and exclusive use. I kindly request that Booking.com review this listing to prevent similar situations for other guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
