"Estupendo alojamiento muy cerca de todo. Instalaciones modernas, muy limpias y confortables"

Decoración moderna muy agradable. cama de matrimonio cómoda y el sofá cama también! cocina equipada aunque en nuestro caso apenas la utilizamos pero tiene de todo.

Es verdad que la entrada no es muy agradable pero como lo sabíamos por las reseñas no nos preocupó.

"Struttura veramente apprezzata. Centralissima."

Posizione centralissima. Casa ristrutturata con grande attenzione ai dettagli e all’organizzazione dello spazio. Siamo stati molto bene in 4 e Igor è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Siamo stati benissimo, ma se proprio devo segnalare un piccolo particolare meno apprezzabile direi che data la posizione al pian terreno c’è un po’ di umidità, assolutamente ininfluente sul comfort del soggiorno.

La casa è molto vicina al centro e ad un parcheggio piuttosto economico, 13,30 euro per 24 ore (avvisare subito dell’esigenza) la casa era molto pulita ed accessoriata di tutto, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua naturale e frizzante e ghiaccio nel freezer. Ottimi i letti e piacevole l’impianto audio disponibile.

Era al piano terra con le finestre che danno sul cortile interno, anche se non è una zona di passaggio dei condomini. Quindi trascurabile.

Very modern and well thought of, no clutter, fruit on arrival, music on, nice temperature. Kitchen is fully equipped as well; window shutters(automatic)

It is on a big street( not directly so better) and if you are a light sleeper the tram passing may bother you.
