Lage, Fahrradraum, Schnitt der Wohnung, Separates WC

Bäder könnten eine Sanierung erfahren (Toillettenbecken, Dusche, Duschbrause sehen sehr abgenutzt aus), Kein WLAN (ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß) -> war aber fairerweise vorher bekannt bzw. nicht als Ausstattung angegeben, Waschmaschine könnte ins Bad (Anschlüsse sind vorhanden) Handy/Mobilfunkdatenempfang war innerhalb der Wohnung immer wieder unterbrochen (D-Netz). Keine Ahnung woran das lag aber es war immer innerhalb der Wohnung.
