Not to be cheated by those hosts - my important advice to pay directly with booking.com. It was proved by the Bank their lie about they didn't receive my payment. And It was too long ignoring of my request for Invoice. Actually in almost 3 months of my stay those troubled people behaved in a cunning way justifying this by the fact that now I rent their apartment directly. I glad that all our conversations appear on the booking.com messenger and I understand why they didn't want to use this messenger. I also did not understand some strange suggestion of the host as if he doesn't know to respect others... Probably that's why one day without any warning or schedule a meeting he came to the apartment and was knocking my door till I woke up. Really, as if I paid for some cheap Motel. That day I asked this Rastislav about renovation works on the ground floor exactly under this apartment, with a heavy drilling noises - and he answered that he has no idea about it. But as it appeared later - he lied and knew about those noisy works to make a beer shelves from August 2022. It was about 3-5 days a week but before I paid him for a long-term stay - it was his duty to inform me. My previous scores for the accommodation were "10" but till the end of my stay in "Komfort" apartment I was really exhausted and disgusted by this manipulative hosts-couple.

The washing machine, the oven, the iron were of good brands so easy to use and convenient. The parking space behind the barrier that opens with a plastic parking card loaded with a credit is also convenient. We have an electric car but no charger there yet. Big green space and kids sport facilities in front of the apartment building.

the location has an advantage of being in the city center but at the same time it is a disadvantage if it is hot weather with open windows and all the noise from outside. One side is very busy and the other is nice and quiet.
