Sistema elétrico com falhas, pois caia a chave geral assim que ligava a jarra elétrica para obter água aquecida! Talvez problema no equipamento ou problema rede elétrica mesmo!

A localização é boa.

Limpeza das instalações, muita formiga, moscas e pernilongos. Roupas de cama manchada. Tomadas que não funcionam, chaleira elétrica não funciona, mesa e cadeiras no terraço quebradas, chuveiros entupidos ( sai água para todo lado), torneira e vaso sanitário do banheiro social com vazamentos.

A localização é a única coisa boa porque dá para visitar quase tudo a pé.

Da limpeza e do estado de conservação da casa no geral. Borrachas do frigorífico completamente pretas com "bolor", paredes todas sujas, cama do quarto partida ( a cabeceira está separada da cama), loiça suja (havia uma frigideira ainda com restos de comida), porta da rua é difícil de fechar sem fazer muito barulho, edredom com nódoa... Mau estado geral...

As camas confortáveis

No check in a casa ainda não estava limpa. Um terraço completamente abandonado, cadeiras todas partidas. Micro ondas todo cheio de ferrugem, assim como o forno. Não gostei de nada
