Luxury Chalet Strachan - Jacuzzi and Sauna

Výhľad bol neskutočný izba taktiež poloha personál proste všetko top top, určite sa tam vrátime niekedy ešte. Ale také ubytovanie hlavne v zime je niečo neopísateľné

Trošku cena Virivka je pri vstupe druhého apartmána je to také oni tam behajú a vy relaxujete. Prvý deň bola úplne studena voda vo vírivke po 5 minútach sme aj vyšli von

The property was a nice little place in a ski area and everything was very comfortable and new, the room was very clean and organized, there was really a jacuzzi, a bath and a sauna and they were working properly. The staff was very nice and took us to the room with a car because it was snowing very hard, that was really nice.

First my boyfriend asked for a birthday decoration (which he would pay for) and they didn’t do it. Instead they asked again if we wanted a birthday decoration one day before the stay started we had no internet to get textes and that really bothered me because it was my birthday and there was no other place I would celebrate it. Second the pictures are misleading, the place is not a Luxury Chalet, is a hotel room with some superior amenities (like the bath). I know that because I work in the hotel branch as a reservation supervisor, so I know the difference between a room and a Chalet. And the term luxury is also not real. The pictures don’t match the room, they put a 100 pictures and is hard to know which belongs to the room you’re in so it was hard for us to travel for 20 hours back and forth to go to something not expected. The room is in a ski area/ climbing area, which was not described in the property description. So you will not have what was shown in the picture: quiet peace and silence. There’ll be plenty of skiers or climbers going up and down, sitting in front of your door, watching you if the curtains are open, screaming. So is good maybe if you ski but we didn’t go for skiing we go to relax. I don’t know how these descriptions were not on the review so i think there’s some manipulation of the reviews because it would be overall a 7,5 or 8 but not a 9,8 which is also unfortunately the truth

В цілому гарне помешкання, в номері було чисто. Багато усього в номері, продумано майже все. Гарні види за вікном Дуже якісні меблі, зручне ліжко, гарна кухня

По факту взимку не має сенсу, бо перлина номеру - видова ванна - вона просто перед схилом і вас бачать просто усі хто їде. Вікна без віддзеркалювального шару, тому ну таке Ще з моментів - у нас була всього одна чашка для чаю та для напоїв

Excellent location with scenic views of the mountains. Hot tub outside the apartment for chalet guests was amazing. Accommodation modern and full kitchen amenities for cooking was helpful.

Breakfast was above average but not outstanding and cost 20 euro per person. Given the cost of the chalet, it would be nice to have breakfast included for guests staying in the final price. Netflix on TV would also be good as with other hotels in Slovakia.

Ubytovanie bolo nádherne, výhľad naozaj stál za to. Personál na recepcii (kde bol check-in) v penzióne aj v reštaurácii bol príjemný. Chalet bol naozaj čistý, vybavenie bolo skvelé, kávovar perfektný bonus. Dizajnovo všetko zladené. Páčilo sa mi že sme saunu aj vírivku mali na tie 2h pre seba sami. Pobyt sme mali na začiatku decembra, kedy ešte vlek nebol spustený takže sme mali hore naozaj kľud. Počas lyžiarskej sezóny by to asi taký zážitok nebol. Bolo to čarovné. Hlavne vaňa s výhľadom.

Na kopci bolo dostupné parkovisko, výhradne teda pre ubytovaných avšak parkovali tam aj ľudia, ktorí išli len na turistiku, takže sa vám môže stať, že keď prídete v priebehu dňa, nebudete mať kde dať auto. Vzhľadom na to že bol hore sneh a parkovisko nebolo na 100% odhrnuté , môže byť s tým problém niekdy. Ďalšia vec bola, že vzhľadom na to, že Chalet je ako jeden komplex, a všetko je z dreva, tak pokiaľ ste ubytovaní dole , v chalete Šubín, tak budete počuť kroky ubytovaných nad vami. Ale dalo sa to zvládnuť.
