This absolute gem of an apartment is really well located for strolling into the old town. Very spacious, incredibly well stocked kitchen (complete with stove top coffee maker and a supply of ground beans, as well as everything you would need to cook a meal if you wanted). Really stylish design with mid-century vibe. Beds were firm (but not too firm). The balcony is very good size and the railings seemed safe enough for my toddler (sensible gap between bars, nothing to climb up). The cot provided was a standard pack away travel cot of good quality. We arrived late on a Friday night, expecting to need to go to a supermarket or cafe for breakfast etc - there was tea, coffee, milk and biscuits laid out for us so at least we could get caffeinated before setting off, which was a very welcome touch. The hosts were very friendly, and helped me find .somewhere to post my postcards (or offered to do for me if I ran out of time). Really went above and beyond.

The air conditioning broke when the host went to switch it on, ahead of our arrival on Friday night. The technician came on Monday and sadly declared a full replacement was needed. So, unfortunately, in a very humid heatwave with temps above 35C, we were struggling to get comfortable and my toddler was exhausted... HOWEVER, the communication from the hosts about this couldn't be faulted, and they put fans in every room to help. It's genuinely unfortunate timing, as happens sometimes in life, and I believe they will be replacing ASAP. I would absolutely book again in future if I return to Verona, and my score would then be 10/10 (rather than 9/10) when the air conditioning is working. Because we had all the windows open trying to cool down, one of the internal doors slammed shut in a cross breeze and the glass broke. We messaged to let the owners know and ask where the broom was so we could clean up, and they actually came straight down to help clean up, remove the damaged door and apologise to us for the inconvenience which was absolutely not what I had expected - but I was incredibly grateful for.

This beautiful piece of heaven is so special, in a great location. We fell in love with this place and would definitely go back there. I recommend this gem to anyone! Antinisca was super helpful and really nice.

Location was beautiful. Out of the centre so it was quiet, but within fifteen minutes walk from town with restaurants etc Property itself had large living area, which we didn’t really use as we were out a lot, and a wrap around balcony which was great. Two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also had a beautiful garden which we didn’t get a chance to properly enjoy. Host was friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed an umbrella and a late check out (for different purposes). However, walk into town & back involved hills with cobblestoned roads. Flat shoes are essential and I recommend thick soles too. Not for folks with mobility problems unless you’re happy to get taxis or Ubers, which is possible as they can access the property.

Beautiful apartment and lovely deck with room to sit and enjoy the garden and view. Well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms. Our host Gabriella was very responsive to messages.

Space for 4 people. Excellent facilities for self-catering. Quiet location 15 minutes walk from the old city. Car parking available in the street.

The location was so peaceful yet 10-15 min walk to the old town.

Be aware there is a bank to climb leading to the property but nothing too drastic!

A wonderful property. Very spacious. Exceptional clean throughout. Private terrace. A real 'home from home' Lovely friendly hosts - always available for any questions / provide recommendations and advise. The nicest property we have stayed at during our 8 week tour of Europe so far.
