The Cozy Loft, un angolo alla moda nel cuore di Verona

The location and layout of the apartment were great. Having two bedrooms was appreciated as we were travelling with kids. The design is also nice and eye-catching. Living room+kitchen area is big. Communication was very good.

I am really sorry but we have two big complaints - 1/ mold in the bathroom, even behind the sink which you can see any time you enter the bathroom. But not a small spot, the entire line where the sink meets the wall had black mold. 2/ kitchen equipment - for pots there was only one teflon pot, scratched so badly that it definitely should not be used anymore, no bowls for breakfast, missing kitchen towel of any type, it was difficult to cook even the simpliest pasta. No kettle so if you do not drink coffee you must use the teflon pot. As well the bed was too soft but some people may like it. Some lights did not work. Needs some fixing, thorough cleaning, fresh paint and it would be perfect. Really needs just one week-end of maintenance, there is nothing fatal. We traveled around Italy, stayed in 10 accomodations all of similar price level and this one was the only one which we are complaining about.

L'appartement est très propre, agréable et bien décoré.et également très bien situé pour visiter Vérone.

Superbe séjour. Tout était bien. La ville est magnifique. L'appartement tres grand et confortable. Très pratique aussi d'aller visiter Venise à la journée en prenant bus / train / vaporetto!

Qu'il n'y ait pas eu de lit parapluie à notre arrivée malgré notre demande initiale. Heureusement nous en avions un dans le coffre de la voiture...

The apartment was easy to find, in good condition, bigger than expected and very modern. The location was perfect to explore Verona and very quiet.

The bathroom was a bit grubby, especially the shower. There were no toiletries as stated, no tea towels, only 3 mugs, no kettle and the hairdryer didn't fit any of the plugs.

The location is amazing and the apartment is just like it looks in the photos. The hosts were very kind and let us store our bags before we checked in.

Great location and lovely owners

Beds not comfortable enough to stay longer than a night or two. Sadly we disappointed by this and is not very well maintained. Needs some TLC
