Stunning Scandi Style Room Overlooking Lake Wanaka

Lovely studio, very welcoming with tea, coffee and biscuits set out. Good location, close to Wanaka main town but nicely removed from the crazy crowds.

Although we were the only guests (as far as I could tell), we didn’t have a “studio with lake view” unless we peered around corners. This claim misled us but nevertheless the property was lovely.

Lovely ambience and attention to detail. Exceptional view of the mountains. A few treats provided - cornflakes and bikkies. Cosy and warm.

No kitchen sink, had to use bathroom sink. Need a car to get to the centre of Wanaka.

Property was clean and in good condition

Hard to get into, there was a message sent to booking account but I did not check it. Text message would be a lot easier. When I got to the property it was fenced with a gate saying "beware of the dog", this is not very inviting. had to phone the property to make sure the dog was put away. On the first night I got woken up at 12:30am as the owners were have a fight. There was no hot water and had to have a clod shower. could not wash dishes.
