La vue superbe de notre établissement. Pièce à vivre et terrasse très agréables.Appartement avec de très beaux volumes.Une très belle chambre donnant sur la terrasse.Chemin côtier au pied de l'appartement. Très calme.

Les 2 autres chambres nécessiteraient des aménagements: pas de rideau dans une des chambres, installation électrique aléatoire, lampes de chevet au mur branchées au dessus de la tête de lit par un long fil électrique.Porte de Placard de cuisine avec vitre à réparer. Déception par rapport à la 2ème salle de bain très petite.

Besonders schön ist der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr hübschen und ruhigen Umgebung. Sie ist perfekt für einen Entspannungsurlaub.

La vista del piso era espectacular! Muy cómodo y con una gran terraza. Solo bajabas unas escaleras y ya podías darte un chapuzón en el mar. Excelente atención de Xesca. Tuvimos una gran experiencia! Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Hay que tomar auto para llegar al centro de la ciudad, pero se compensa con la ubicación frente al mar!

Beautiful views from the very large terrace, most stunning balcony view we have ever had. We went for a swim every morning by walking down a few steps. Set in a beautiful quiet area offset from alcudia. Easy to grab a taxi. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need and more. The Photos do not do it justice and it is much larger than we expected. Staff were very helpful when messaging before hand and happy to accommodate for different check in/out times if available. I’ve already had multiple people ask where I was staying off my socials and I will be highly recommending this property.

Air con didn’t flow through to the back two bedrooms, but it was 35 degrees and it’s completely understandable for an apartment, it’s not a big hotel and we still slept fine!

Views were tremendous. The beds were comfortable, and we loved hearing the ocean at night. The patio with lounge chairs and awning made for a wonderful relaxation spot, and the quick access to drop in the ocean was perfect. Beds were soft and comfortable. We were able to drop bags before check-in, and that was appreciated.

One lounge chair was broken, but we informed the owners. A couple blankets for the beds would be nice as well. Communication was mostly in Spanish over WhatsApp, but we were able to translate and communicate. It wasn't an issue.

It was a very spacious, comfortable apartment, somewhere you could comfortably spend some weeks. The area is quiet but just a short drive to alcudia & pollenca. Parking was very convenient.

In peak summer, the lack of aircon or fans in the bedrooms could make for hot nights. Bedside tables would be useful.
