"Superb"

Lovely appartement, 10 minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants, shops etcetera. Our 4 year old loved the provided (beach) toys. Gabriel gave us a warm welcome at the appartement and provided all kind of useful information regarding the neighberhood.

"Home away from home!!"

Absolute beautiful location, very close to the beach and the old town (15mins walking distance). We have been welcomed so nicely, felt like home during our stay. Our kid loves so many indoor and beach toys available for him to play. The swimming pool definitely adds star to the stay. We would like to come back again!

May be an ac in the bedroom would help having a good night sleep in the summer days.

"A clean and comfortable apartment, ideal for a family break away in Alcudia."

We had a wonderful week at the apartment! It’s an ideal base for any family to use if they want a beach/pool break near the centre of Alcudia. On our arrival, Gabriel was very helpful. We would recommend this accommodation.

There was nothing wrong with the apartment. The air-con in the lounge was brilliant, and necessary during the heatwave.

"Memorable fun in the sun"

We enjoyed every minute, travelling with a 16yr old 11 year old both said it was one of their best holidays. IThe apartment is central to the beach, shops and many restaurants. It was clean and very comfortable, Francesca had left some drinks and snacks for our arrival which was very sweet. Beach towels provided. The pool was a real treat directly in front with unlimited access until 10 each night. On arrival it was a little confusing working out which apartment was ours but Francesca’s husband Gabrielle met us within minutes to show us in, thank you again.

"Great value for money"

The location: a walking distance from the beach The warm welcome: we were offered some food and drinks and given great restaurants recommendations The flat itself: it made us feel at home. Nicely furnished, all renovated, very clean. There are a washing machine and air conditioning. It has toys for kids (for home and beach), pool towels and beach umbrellas. We will definitely go back to this place next time we visit Mallorca!

The apartment and the host are lovely, short walk to the beach ⛱️ 😎 loads of good restaurants close by. Set back from road so really quite 👌
