"Situación perfecta pero..."

La ubicación es perfecta tal cual se puede ver en las fotos, sales de la terraza del apartamento y entras en la arena de la playa. El apartamento es muy amplio, la terraza es perfecta.

El precio pagado se corresponde con la ubicación pero no con la calidad y el confort del apartamento. Sábanas y toallas antiguas y poco apropiadas para hostelería. Colchones y almohadas incómodos. Cocina muy antigua, fogones y nevera por ejemplo. TV de juguete. Sofá antiguo e incómodo. Sensación de limpieza pobre. No me importa pagar el precio pagado por un apartamento de calidad pero no fue el caso. Deben mejorar notablemente y hacerlo implicaría una inversión mucho menor al precio pagado solamente por un inquilino. No todo deben ser beneficios.
