Richmond Park Golf Club

The property was very well equipped and an easy walk in to Watton for our evening meals.

After unloading you have to park your car in the car park a short distance away from the property. this wasn't a problem for us as we are mobile and did not have much luggage.

Good size apartment

No one at reception when we arrived. We were there for 2 days and the bar never opened. Had to go out and find somewhere for breakfast, despite the fact the notice board at the entrance stated that the bar etc. was open every day and visitors were welcome.

Location , outside looked nice

Unfortunately the Smell of the apartment was very much stale. It needed a clean & updating , it all looked very tired. The bed was very uncomfortable ,you could feel the springs in the mattress

We chose this property due to the location on the golf course thus expecting a higher standard. In all honesty we were expecting more than the property actually offered. Overall we were disappointed with the standard and quality. Due to the location on the golf course it had a sense of something more than it really is; the location pushed the marks up, otherwise, this place would be given a 2/3 out of 5.

The standard was cheap for the location- although amenities were provided, it was of a lower standard. Also, there was a damp/ wet smell in the property. The ensuite bathroom has no window and the main bathroom had a tiny window- Air flow was almost non existent. No internet available and no reception on our own 5G networks.

Everything, the value was super , Margaret who headed over the keys was very welcoming, the kitchen was perfectly equipped and the apartment was very clean and had everything you could need.
