The Hyding Place on George Street

It's a lovely cosy place, making the most of the spaces so that it has everything you need and is well laid out. Decorated and furnished beautifully, and immaculately clean, with an uplifting vibe. Tea, coffee and sugar provided plus a small bottle of milk in the fridge which was an added bonus. Great communication from Jane and Bev before arrival meant we knew exactly how to access the property and there was additional info inside for assistance. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Hyding Place is in a good. location, only a short walking distance to the harbour. Free parking on street is a bonus. The apartment has everything you need, especially plenty of storage for clothes & bags. Stopping for 1 night only, we didn’t get to use all the facilities, but we’ll definitely come back and stay longer. We met the owners, who were very pleasant and helpful

Beautiful apartment.Perfect for me and my husband.It had everything we needed and I would highly recommend it. The location to the centre of Whitby is excellent,literally a 5 minute walk.We found on street parking everywhere evening when we returned to the accommodation.

The television in the lounge area was on the wall and very high up so it made it very uncomfortable on the neck . Everything else eas perfect

Lovely clean and well thought out apartment, fresh clean smelling bedding & towels, just a few minutes walk from the train station, friendly and helpful host Jane, lots of informative information in the apartment and on the board in the hallway for anyone new to visiting beautiful Whitby. Being able to park outside was the icing on the cake, we look forward to our next stay at the Hyding Place.

Easy check-in, kitchen fully equipped for preparing easy meals, everything was clean and the interior/decoration is so lovely. It's the perfect place if you want to explore Whitby, but you want to end your day in a quiet and comfortable home!
