Apartamenty Biały Potok

Beautiful scenery and very close to the National Park. We could easily walk to several entrances from the door. Useful information about walks in the apartment.

The road outside was busy and noisy at times.

The garden is perfect. There are places for fire, to sit around and have chitchats.

The pictures are not representing the reality. The apartmen is so much darker inside, the lights are not enough therefore the whole apartmen has a dark mood. The tidiness is so-so. The furnitures outside are rustic let's say, but I would rather say old and not nice. The beds are more or less okay. Overall, for that money there are better apartments, sorry to say but not recommended from my side.

It has great views, is well equipped, and has nice decoration. The parking situation is good, and there is a nice garden area. The owners are communicating well and it was easy ish to check in. Location is ok, but you need a car as it’s 20 mins to anything attraction wise by car.

I think the most significant issue is the balcony is rotten and dangerous. I ended up hurting myself and falling through part of the floor. It is actually horrendous as it has clearly been failing for ages and would be dangerous for children. It is not acceptable to have a rotting balcony floor. The property was also not totally clean and the kitchen items where dirty, for example the grater still had food it it and plates were yellow. There was also not enough toilet roll, and no shower gell etc. You also had to make the sofa bed up for the third person which is annoying when you specify three people. The Wi-Fi is really terrible too and we had to buy a local SIM card (which tells you it’s not the phone network that is bad as this worked ok), it was unusable in the evening, and we had to ask for the password as it was not provided in the property. The noise form other guests is bad too. it’s not guests fault, it’s just there is no soundproofing so if your neighbours wake up at 4am, so do you. Sadly I agree with other reviewers that it does not look like the pictures, is darker, and I think it needs renovating. I really do not think this score is reflecting what you get when you arrive.

Our stay was excellent! Like a fairytale :) We choosed Bialy potok apartements at booking.com and we can really recommend this place to everybody. Not even for families but also to young and older couples. We had a Magura apartement which is at the really top and is suitable for 8 people. We have been there 2 families - each with two kids. Everybody had own bed. The beds were comfortable and clean. The apartement was beautifull, clean, bright and spacious. (Large). Accesories in the rooms makes you feel nice. The kitchen fully furbished. Two bathrooms with choice of shower or bath. Temperature in the rooms was ok. Cooler at lower part of apartement and warmer at the top. (Mainly when it is sunny) One bathrooms is furbished with small washing maschine what you appreciate with Kids. At the entrance is maintanance room with dryer for ski boots, place for kids stroller and other stuff and there is also a dryer Machine for clothes. Parking is for about 8 cars which is perfect. Surrounding of cottage is beautifull with small lake and 2 fireplaces. Very near from there is ski resort (witow ski) and termy chocholowske (beautifull aquapark). Also available are small shops with groceries. We had communicate with owner by Phone and was pleasant and nice. The neareast town is Zakopane. If we can we would spend there another week more. We Will Come back there in future for sure!

Beautiful and cosy interiors. Comfortable beds and a lot of space.

Far away from main towns, so needed to use taxis a lot. Next time will rent a car for sure!
