Check-in / Check-out was smooth and the lady helped us to buy the pool ticket.

Disposable towels were given and they didn't absorb very well. I'd expect to have proper and clean towels for the night's cost. The pool only opens after 3PM and you need to purchase the ticket. The 'restaurant' in the pool area does not really have any food available during the day. We purchased water / coconut water at the kiosk on the area but it misses having a place for food. We didn't try the breakfast so I cannot comment on it.

The information provided by the owner is incorrect. The swimming pool at the first picture is not related to the appartment, it is in 300 meters and it is a lie to show it as the first picture and to add it to the description of the room. Communication with the host was very difficult and unpleasent. Communication was in Chinese and we used google.translate for this. We informed the host 3 days before the arrival that we cannot transfer the whole deposit as we don't have a Chinese credit card and she seems to be ok with this. Nevertheless, on the day of arrival she texted that "it is too late", "you should have transferred the deposit", "hurry up", so we could not understand whether we actually get the room when we arrive. The room was not clean, don't even try to look under the bed if you stay there. Instead of toilet paper we had napkins, the toilet brush was lying on the floor, the kitchen was smelly.

great! very nice and friendly hostess, despite the fact that we did not understand Chinese - we communicated through a translator on the phone, she asked what we needed, brought accessories and on the last day helped order a taxi to the station! the best aunt in the world! we felt at home! would like to come back here again

It is a pity that there are no dishes and devices in the kitchen, but on the other hand there nearest are a lot of cheap and delicious restaurants
