Incredible location with amazing sea views. Everything you needed and very clean. Nice shower after swim at the beach. Cozy room.

Bed was a bit too hard for us and room got quite hot

Ahipara beach is stunning and this property is well located to enjoy the beach….. if you are ok with the steep drive.

Whilst the host tried hard to make the link between the 2 different entrance doors ( 1 for your room and 1 for your bathroom) it is still awkward. The bathroom is unfinished and there are no hanging hooks and no exhaust fan . It was our most expensive stay and unfortunately our worst. The surrounding area is unkempt and you felt like you were in the middle of a construction area. Sorry.
