The location is perfect the unit was clean and tidy and the view was absolutely beautiful. The hosts are very friendly lovely people that make you feel very welcome. Tahi the dog just adds something even more special to the experience. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay. Ahipara is paradise and we can't wait to go back again.

Overall, it was convenient, had a lovely beach/surf view and the host was really nice. There was a plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery and cooking items, clean linen and heaps of pillows. It met our needs.

"Comfortable but won’t be returning"

We provided our own breakfast, the bed was very comfortable, the seating arrangement was very awkward, the chairs were huge, the parking arrangement was very awkward and quite frankly dangerous. The beach is fantastic and the weather was great for our visit.

The noise from above was very intrusive , the solid wooden chairs rubbing against the wooden deck echoed very loudly and was quite constant on our first night, it just reminded us to never book a unit with people staying above you. The parking was very difficult, the driveway very steep. A large step up into the bathroom, quite dangerous in the middle of the night, a second step would make it easier.

Well kept and had all the essentials e.g. bbq, outdoor furniture, spacious deck. Absolutely stunning view from outside and inside ❤️
