The apartment is perfect including location, facilities and hosting. Adriana is the best host I have ever met in booking or Airbnb, very kind and heartwarming and professional. Strongly recommend everyone if you wanna visit Toledo.

Flat is on the 3r floor...no elevator..too many steps

Very stylish and so clean. In the heart of the old town. Supermarket and restaurants all within 5 mins walk.

It was on 3rd floor with no lift. Was worth the climb though.

Location and quality

Great location, excellent host, really clean and well appointed.

The bed was a bit hard

Lovely apartment - spacious, clean and in the heart of Toledo. The host was brilliant - very prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Toledo.

Staff exceptionally helpful, lovely apartment, all the facilities we required, excellent location, great value for the price, one of the most pleasant places we have stayed.

Lounge area lacked sufficient lighting, had to remove a few cockroaches in kitchen and main bedroom but no big deal for such an old location.

I have been to Toledo before but it is an excellent location for visiting the old town with everything in very close walking distance. I really appreciated the quality of the apartment and felt it was a good value for price. Its quite a large apartment and tastefully decorated (minus some cushions on the sofa..heh, heh :)- Its also interesting architecturally. It was very comfortable, high quality furnishings and I had a wonderful rest. I was greeted promptly, allowed early check in and a taxi was arranged when I left, Adriana was helpful throughout.

Stairs to the top with no elevator but Adriana helped me with my heavy suitcase up, on the way down someone luckily also helped me. If I was alone, I would be dead on the stairs. Pack light is my suggestion if possible. I booked last minute with no planning. The windows are not soundproof even if closed. There are cross noises if that is a phrase not from the building as I was on the top floor but surrounding buildings, not the end of the world but I was still a bit surprised. It is on a side street right next to the cathedral so given the location, I am not really going to complain about noise because I slept very well with no noise issues in the night. Just a suggestion -if there could have been at least one or two coffee capsules for the machine and a bottle of water, possibly something light ot eat on arrival, it would have been greatly appreciated.
