"A smart flat in a good location"

A very modern and comfortable flat with a spacious living room and dining area. Good location for the West Cliff or Town centre with cafes and a pub within 5 minutes walk. Lots of information provided

The bedrooms did not have any hanging space or drawers. There are so many steps to the apartment which is particularly difficult with suitcases. Although information provided about parking we were not left a parking permit. This was dealt with after we contacted Home and stay but an inconvenience at the time. Milk left but no tea bags . Take supplies as no food shops in the road.

"Really lovely top floor flat in a great location, cosy but need to sort the noise from the water system"

Loved the location and the decor

The water system was unreasonably loud everytime a tap was used, by us or anyone else in the building. I’m assuming it’s for the pressure, however it really was loud and couldn’t be ignored unfortunately.

"A lovely stay"

The apartment was fabulous once you climbed all 68 steps!!! Excellent cleanliness/decor & facilities however disappointed that we had to pay fir parking as no W Zone parking scratch card as advised

the apartment is sunny and well ventilated and brightly furnished

Stained carpet detracts from the ambience (why not use laminates in the UK -hygiene ?) In addition, zei towels (a small his large) are too little for 14 days - this is not "luxurious". We have the bathroom also donated a toilet brush - also something like this is actually standard in Europe ?!
