Excellent communication, Amy replied very quickly & nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a brilliant location. The hamper was a lovely treat too!

The lack of lighting when walking through the building at night, to and from the apartment (not sure who looks after this).

The apartment was clean & cosy, and the welcome hamper was a welcoming surprise and much appreciated. The option to disconnect the bed into two singles was a useful option.

We were unable to identify any lights on the staircase, which made it difficult to navigate in the dark while carrying bags.

When I started book we wasn't aware of all the stairs I think you should tell people how many stairs they are I had my mum with me 85 years old it was very difficult for her we requested 2 single beds & double bed but got different mum has to sleep on her own so she had to sleep on the sofa NOT FAIR

Spotlessly clean very comfortable ,decorated to a high standard .

Sorry to say but there was a lot of stairs to get to the flat. Us being that little !! bit older with joint problems it didn't help.

Super well located on the West Cliff - lovely views of the Abbey. Clean, great communication, and information made the weekend super easy.
