Orange Sunset, seaview & beach front

On the beachfront about a 20 min walk from the old town. Easily accessible to everything around Alghero. Beach up in the pine forest by far the best .

Everything is smaller than the photos but everything is there. No complaints for the ££ . On a roundabout but not noisy once shutters down.

The accommodation is in a very good location, the city center is about 10 minutes walk along the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a sandy beach directly opposite the house, the terrace also overlooks the beach (ideal for breakfast) We managed to find free parking in the neighboring streets. There are several excellent restaurants not far from the house (pizza, fish dishes), we ate here several times, but there is also a shopping center about 100 m away.

The coastal road is relatively busy (this was to be expected), so the windows had to be closed at night. The shower was very narrow for us, we had to squeeze ourselves in through the 30 cm door

The location was great.

Perfect sunset and views from balcony are breathtaking. Apartment has all you need and in a great location. Owner Luca was very helpful and accommodating, great host!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this mini apartment rental. Upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned. We discovered that it had only been superficially tidied up, as the cabinets were filled with food and personal items from previous guests or the owner creating an uncomfortable feeling as if we were staying at a friend's place who was just lending us their space. The bathroom was also poorly maintained. The toilet seat was scratched as shown in the attached picture. The shelves in the bathroom were unusable because they were not attached well. This disarray significantly impacted our sense of comfort. Additionally, the apartment's location was along a main road or in front of roundabout, resulting in constant noise that made it impossible to stay on the balcony or even sleep peacefully. The beds available varied in height, causing further discomfort. Overall, I do not recommend this apartment, as it does not meet the basic standards of cleanliness and comfort that one would expect from a rental. I hope the owner recognizes these shortcomings and improves the service for future guests.

Just The traffick noice was little pit loud.

Very noisy all day and night with traffic and v busy roundabout.... everything else was perfect ! Lovely host no problem with communication

I loved the view from the balcony. Also the location; in front of the beach an not far from city center. Supermarkets, restaurants and bus stop just a few steps. The apartment is full equiped with everything you need. The owner Luca was nice and willing to help when I need it. I can recommend this place :)
