Las Floridas Apartment

Super contact with the owner, I received all the necessary information with videos and photos. It was very helpful. An additional plus is the parking space under the apartament. Very well thought out layout, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Pleasant decor everything clean and new. In the kitchen you will find everything you need glasses plates pots if you want you can cook dinner and eat it on the terrace.

Unfortunately, at this time you could hear the renovation work in other apartments and this bothered me a little because they started work at 8 am. But this is not the fault of the hosts

This location was close to the City center and beach.

Nicely decorated apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Loved the balcony and having a washer is a bonus! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Owner was always available to answer our questions. Location was convenient to drive into Alghero. Having the enclosed parking was also great.

Nicely decorated, modern flat in a good location, in a quiet area not too far from the old city and close to local restaurants as well. The off street parking was a bonus. And the WiFi was really super fast. The kitchenette was a bit small, but OK for preparing breakfast and simple evening meals and we enjoyed eating outside on the balcony. The bed was comfortable, we both slept really well and the walk in showers were very good.

Just a couple of small niggles that stopped me giving top marks. I didn’t personally enjoy the check in experience with WhatsApp (which I had to download especially) and the check in instructions although extensive, were confusing. In the end it was all quite simple, and on the plus side, our host was always available to answer questions. I, like an earlier guest, would have liked a knife large enough to cut bread properly, and either a dish rack or tea towel to dry dishes.

This was probably the most beautiful place we stayed at in sardinia. I had the best sleep here.. it was not so hot . The check in was easier than it seemed we were sent all detailed info and videos it was quiet close to the nice part of alghero beach. The place was clean and beautiful and new the beds very comfortable and nice big balcony. I'd stay again..

The apartment was very spacious and welcoming. The decor gave you a feel that were right on the beach even though you were a block away. The host had more than enough supplies to get you through the first couple of nights which is very thoughtful, as some properties barely give you the minimum. I would definitely recommend this property if staying in Alghero.
