The Apartment was just as described and expected. I read the reviews, (I always read reviews) it seemed perfect, so I booked 4 nights. We arrived late due to a late flight, which wasn't an issue. The landlord was friendly and welcoming, and dealt with the issues.

Sadly the only issue was the anti social neighbours above our apartment that had a little yappy dog that kept up us until 4am with its barking and chairs being dragged along floors, heels tapping on the floor... and what sounded like marbles being dropped and rolled along.... this went on for hours....floors are laminated so you can hear everything including toilet visits. By the 3rd night I was having a meltdown from the noise and was ready to checkout... I recorded videos and sent via whattsapp to landlord. Lastly, the screws on the kids top bunk were loose and they wouldn't sleep as it wasn't safe. I don't like leaving negative reviews especially when it's an issue out of the control of landlord. But I would of have wanted to know about this dog before I booked.

the space to spread out, the speed of responses from the owner to our questions, and ease of access to beaches and the centre of the action.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very convenient to the lungomare walkway as well as being quite close to the ‘old town’ area.

The bathroom was a bit compact.

The apartment was very nice, good location. We found everything we needed. The owner is really helpful and friendly.

The bathroom door needs to be replaced because it's very noisy to open and close and has frosted glass in it
