Prime location, very close to old town, promenade and to the beach, quiet street with plenty of parking, newly renovated, roomy, had a nice balcony.

Great location, close to the old town and local beach. Super clean and easy access to bus stop, Fabrizzio was an excellent, very helpful host. Dedicated parking spaces at the back and local car rental close by.

Amazing location. Fully equipped appartment. Short walk to the beach. Big Supermarket 5 min walk. Plenty Cafes and restaurants.Old Town 10 min walk. Our flight got delayed, so only arrived way past midnight, the host Fabrizio graciously stayed up till 1am to wellcome us in. Want to say huge thanks for the support and help doing our stay. He organised taxi to airport.

The location was excellent for us - no carting suitcases over cobblestones in the old town and close to beaches. Parking was easy on the street. Fabrizio was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions. He provided us with beach mats for La Pelosa and a beach umbrella (much needed !). The outlook from the balcony was great and lovely to sit out on for a drink or breakfast. The a/c was welcome as was the coffee machine and pods provided. A great bakery around the corner and 8-10 minute walk to good supermarket (Conad). So glad we chose to stay here. A great base to explore the old town and surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

It would’ve been helpful to have a tea towel, salt/pepper and access to a washing machine.
