S'Arena Lughente Deluxe Apartment

I appreciated the facility manager Raffaella,she was very nice and helpful otherwise i would not recommend this accommodation for family with small kids as the floor was very very cold and we had to wear a shoes all the time and the kids couldn't play on the floor at all. I liked the parking lot next to apartment.

I think it was to many rules as i was visiting my parents house, separate collection had everyday schedule for each waste, you would have to keep in mind that at the evening you have to put waste outside of the building/each evening different waste, you couldn't use table without place mattes, table was delicate to any liquid/impossible with kids to watch their hands or glass if they don't spill the water, you had to match the pots and pans by size!!! to induction plate to function- this was so enjoying every time we needed to cook. AC had the light on during night and it didn't have the night mode without the blue light-for kids was enjoying to have a blue light in the room.

This flat was nice and airy with a well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and drying facilities were a plus. The main bedroom was large and well equipped ..We also valued having separate shower rooms and a large covered balcony with table and seating The apartment is situated opposite the Lido with a pizzeria and bar from which to enjoy the sunsets. It is about 35 mins walk to the old town.

The checking in process was complicated and made worse by the fact that we were already abroad with limited broadband access. While our host was delightful and (thank goodness) spoke excellent English, she didn't seem to appreciate just how difficult it was to upload information from 4 passports on a mobile phone ( we are competent users of technology).It took over 2 hours to sort it all out. We would recommend having a simpler system. The electronic systems for opening doors were high tech but we had to make 4 calls to the free phone number provided for opening the building door on one occasion before we had success. The apartment has lounge seating for 2 adults and the second bedroom.accommodates a double bed with no space for bedside tables and just room to open a suitcase.. The wardrobe rail in this room is far too high for usefulness We felt the apartment cost which included a €60 cleaning fee and city taxes was quite expensive

Modern, roomy, and comfortable apartment right across from the sea. Easy reserved parking. Great to have a washer and a large balcony. Nice beach just across the street and a grocery store close by to stock up on supplies. Great size for a family of 4 with 2 older teenagers. Quick drive to the old town. We had a little trouble with the entry to the apartment because after parking the car (great instructions) we went to the wrong gate and couldn’t enter with the code. But we figured it out quickly. So good to read the instructions carefully so that you are at the right address and gate for entry.

The sea view was blocked by buildings so it was more of a distant view. A bit far from the old town, would be a very long walk, but it’s just a short drive.
