Perfekte Lage, dicht an der schönen Altstadt. Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Man fühlt sich sicher und willkommen.

Locatie uitstekend. Alles te.voet bereikbaar. Appartement zeer poper.Nieuwe badkamer. Gezellig met een terrasje.. Alles aanwezig om te ontbijten,koken. Ook koffie en thee, zelfs een flesje wijn. Hartelijke ontvangst.Eigen parkeerplaats. EEN AANRADER! Hartelijke ontvangst

Niets. Misschien trap. Is buiten. Dus niet geschikt voor mensen die een handicap hebben.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, de locatie met de eigen parkeerplek in het aantrekkelijke centrum van Alkmaar is ideaal en in de omgeving is er genoeg te doen qua wandelen, fietsen en cultuur.

Echt geen zaken zijn tegen gevallen

Excellent location with car parking. The host sent particularly good instructions about parking. Spacious accommodation with good facilities. The host welcomed us warmly then wished us a good journey as we left.

The metal outdoor staircase was difficult for someone wearing multi focal spectacles. The lighting which was controlled by remote did not allow for one person to get up in the middle of the night without waking the other.

Finding was as easy as it's my husband home town, but for others, it could be quite tricky. The host sent us instructions for the digital door key to enter. That bit was easy - however, locking the door once we were inside was a bit more tricky!! The place was EXTREMELY clean, well kitted out, perfect location and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and it's hard to find somewhere in Alkmaar with parking, so that was a deciding factor. It has some lovely design features, interior design, lighting, excellent use of space and a very nicely converted "attic" on top of an old Dutch house.

Gadgets over comfort. Too gadgety for my liking. Not sure what's wrong with a key and lock as we couldn't work out how to lock the door, until we read the "manual". Ditto turning all the lights on by remote - if you're arriving in the dark - trying to find the remote for the (ALL!) the lights isn't funny or trying to find the "manual" in the dark to put the lights on...... Plus the parking was hard to find and the stairs up to the studio (it's a studio, not really an apartment) were a nightmare for me and my vertigo. Ok - we were there in December but the shower room was FREEZING. We had to put the fan heater (doubles as an aircon in summer) the minute we got in. The bed makes it!!

We had a wonderful stay an Com-In recently. We were traveling by car and needed a convenient place to park , while having easy walking access to the city. Com-In has that , but the apartment is also very well appointed and well thought out. Our host was very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended stay and a great base to explore Alkmaar from!
