AMAZING location! 5 min by foot to ski pass! Lake! Parking next to door. Host is super kind. 200% recommend!

Very friendly host, always willing to help with advice about good restaurants, ski rentals and other stuff. Nice and moderen apartment with big kitchen equipped with all you need (big refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, dishwasher,…), washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Good internet connection. Elevator which brings you directly to the attic apartment. Modern and well maintained steam and dry souna in the ground floor. Nice view on the lake on one side and the village and nearby mountains on the other side. Close to the Alleghe cable car station.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family (5 people and our dog). The apartments exceeded all expectations: spacious, cozy, perfectly clean, and featuring two bathrooms, which was a great convenience for us. The view of the lake from the windows was breathtaking and made every morning special. The apartments were fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a large refrigerator, all necessary dishes, and appliances. A dedicated room for drying skis, boots, and storing equipment was an excellent addition, as was the parking space conveniently located right by the apartments. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right on the lake promenade and just a 5-minute walk to the ski lifts and slopes. The skiing area is fantastic for families with children of all ages, offering safe slopes for beginners and more challenging runs for professionals. We particularly appreciated that the resort was less crowded compared to others, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all. Even if you’re not skiing, you can take the lift up and go for a walk while admiring the stunning views. Having a shop nearby was also very convenient for everyday needs. A big thank-you to the friendly and helpful hostess Giovanna who assisted us with all our questions and needs. The hotel’s convenient location not only offers peace and quiet surrounded by nature but also makes it easy to visit other ski resorts in the region. We were truly impressed and would love to return here again!

Great location with the lake view and free parking. The apartment was large, clean, modern and very functional. It had equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We loved our stay!

Perfect place on perfect location! Extra modern interior, very cozy appartment and very well equiped for a family. Spa is very good. Host is very nice and at rhe disposal. The view on the lake and mountains is extraordinary. I really suggest this accomodation! Thank you Giovanna!!!
