Ubicación y tamaño. A 30 metros de la Plaza Mayor y el Ayuntamiento. Salón grande, cocina normal, dormitorio principal amplio, baño normal. Detalles muy valoradles como las fichas plastificadas con información de la zona, con los principales monumentos y lugares de interés. Ventanas y cierres con buen aislante térmico y acústico. Agua muy caliente que no ha faltado ningún día. Colchón cómodo. Tiene ascensor a pesar de ser un edificio de dos plantas. Y un parking gratuito a 200 metros.

Se fue la luz en 5 ocasiones, siempre que se ponía un calefactor que había en la pared del baño. Se levantaba el magnetotermico y volvía a funcionar. Los radiadores estaban al mínimo, y no se calentaba ninguna de las estancias. Se apagaban de noche o perdían el calor paulatinamente. Si funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado, en modo calefacción, y es lo que tuvimos la mayor parte del tiempo. En Almagro ha hecho mucho frío pero las instalaciones destinadas a la calefacción merecían una revisión. La limpieza correcta, pero mejorable. Rincones con mucha mugre en el baño, plato de ducha con manchas, sábanas y fundas con manchas, toallas viejas, sofá con polvo, etc. Es un piso antiguo pero se puede mejorar su aspecto. Un pintado no le vendría mal. Mal olor en la entrada al edificio, a bajantes, etc, y aunque no es culpa de los propietarios del apartamento es un tema que puede echar para atrás.
