Cozy Themed 2BR TownHouse - near Clark Airport - TRP1

Aside from the check in hiccups, the property isn't clean at all. I should have read the reviews prior to booking it. Fans were dusty, the kitchen/toilet area had a smell, toilet flush wasn't working and there were also cockroaches. We tried not to make a fuss out of it as we don't stay in the property that much, we just needed a place to sleep. Cleaned the place before we left and sent photos to the number as instructed. What really got me is that they responded to me to ask me to pay for deep cleaning for sofa "stain" that was already there to begin with. I really don't have plans to complain whatsoever but that really got me. Please do better.

It's a nice place to stay. Value for money. It has a homey ambience. It is also very comfortable.

I like the self check-in, it was very convenient given the time we arrived at the property. The rooms were ok and both aircon in both bedrooms are working well. All lights are working too. There is also parking space that could fit a sedan or auv type or car in the garage.

First thing I didn't like was I found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen sink, killed it of course. Second was there is no tissue provided but not that big deal. The thing I don't like the most was after the check out time, everything was going smoothly until they messaged us that the caretaker found that 2 fans were broken. Those 2 fans were never used since we saw that it was broken. I don't know if they already knew it was broken but I know those 2 fans were put there for a reason. So for next guests, pls mind the broken fans coz they might ask you what happened to it. And after you explain you won't get any response from them anymore. And most important note, there is a construction on going beside the property, so we're all woken up by the noise and loud pounding of the wall at 6:30 on a Saturday morning.

The bathroom was dirty and smelt like sewage and old urine and human waste. The Air condition for the upstair room was intermittent. We said there was 2 people staying and there was only one towel provided. There was no shampoo or body soap provided as well.
