Balcony & 2BR TownHouse - near Clark Airport & Aqua Planet - TRP2

The rooms had cool air conditioning. The kitchen amenities were complete. Requests were taken cared of promptly.

The bathroon wasn't clean. The shower walls we orangy. The trash bags weren't enough. The extra mattresses were too thin. Sometimes the internet was lagging.

- Owner was responsive - Budget-friendly - Self check-in - Location can be easily found through Waze/Google link provided - Unit was clean & looks the same as advertised although some items had partial damages but still serve its purpose (e.g sofa, wall decor) - Bath towels provided (though we have to request for additional coz there were only two initially but we're five) - Free drinking water, dishwashing liquid, liquid soap - Good airconditioning - Caretaker Raven was nice even though he had to go back for 3 times (1. We requested him to go back at 9pm but we're still outside eating dinner so he had to go back for the second time 2. to fix Netflix 3. and to get us a bath rug because he slightly wet the floor upon fixing the heater at the toilet).

- Poor mobile reception & internet connection (less than 10mbps, 4 kaming nakaconnect though understandable coz of the rain) - Parking space was not sedan-friendly (too steep, sumasayad ang bumper) - We have been complaining about Netflix since we arrived. After some time, owner said if we can use our own account for the time being as it looks like their Netflix account was having issues which is okay but it turned out that it's their TV that had an issue. The TV wasn't able to search/connect from their WiFi network but our phones did. - Since the caretaker went back for us for 3x, the owner said "Anything else you need po? Pra di n po balik2 ung staff nmn?" which we find offensive. In the first place, the reason why we're asking for the caretaker to come was because we can't utilize the Netflix due reason mentioned above. We looked forward doing movie marathon but it turned out, we just used the place to just really eat/drink, sleep & take a bath. For staycation units like this, I think it's really important to have the internet connection checked making sure Netlix/WiFi is okay if you have nothing much to offer.

The caretaker is responsive and the owners made sure we had a great stay by fixing the air-conditioning.

self check in was smooth. instructions were provided before check in. there were utensils provided and water for drinking. balcony was well-lit.

the place is not well maintained. smelly garbage outside (garage area) and lots of flies. windows aren’t even cleaned and full of dust. there were also a lot loose items around the place like batteries, wrappings, etc. i also tried to message with my concerns bout the garbage and slow wifi but didn’t get response both on booking messaging and text messaging.
