Located just next to marquee mall. The balcony view was beautiful. All was available that was needed. Big fridge, fully equipped kitchen, even a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron plus iron board. The swimming pool was nice. Very friendly staff.

The cleanliness was not too great. A bit dusty in some places. The bathroom needs a good cleaning too. Aircon in living room was leaking.

Location good. Good appartement. Nice complex.

There were left overs like old half used toilleteries, old cutted pineapple in fridge. But most setback was our toddler became sick. So we asked for an late check out (3pm instead 12) so we could go easy on with her. They charged for those 3 hours 2000 pesos. What almost is same amount as whole day/night stay.

Clean room, beautiful sight, nice location, and honest guard. Also the bed room airconditioner is almost no sound.
