I had a very disappointing experience. The apartment was already paid and confirmed, but when I arrived after traveling all the way there, I couldn’t find the key in the lockbox. After contacting the host, she told me that she had given the apartment to someone else and forgot to remove the listing from Booking. I was not informed about this at all. Traveling to the apartment and then being left without accommodation was extremely stressful and unprofessional. The only response I received was a simple apology, without any real solution or responsibility taken. This situation was unacceptable and caused serious inconvenience.

100 euros deposit was sent back as soon as we left Close to the center of Antwerp and overall great price/cost ratio

Missing a coffee machine to make it a great stay Shower panels were a bit dirty
