Charming Central Cityflats

Apartment was nice but really hot. AC would be really helpful.

The neighborhood around the apartment felt quite unsafe. As three women going out in the evening, we were concerned. We were especially worried that someone might be sitting near the entrance when we returned from the concert, but thankfully that wasn’t the case. Overall, going in and out of the building gave us an uncomfortable feeling, though nothing actually happened during our stay.

The apartment is well located and well supplied with kitchen items to make breakfast or lunch if needed. Check in and out was very easy and stress-free.

There are some serious issues with safety in the street as there is constant drug trafficking going on right in front of the entrance of the apartment. At times you have to ask dealers to vacate the doorsteps to get in. This is from early mornings to late at night. There were no violent incidents, though...but it may make guests uncomfortable.

Nice, clean and modern appartment. Close to Antwerpen centraal train station, shops, bars, restaurants and public transport.

The neighborhood does not feel very safe. Street is covered with glass and dirt. Junks and homeless people are day and night at the entrance of the building. However they didn't harm me nor were they disrespectful.

Completely false and misleading listing. The property is located in a very dirty and noisy neighbourhood off the main station in Antwerp. The listing was advertised with 5 separate beds, whereas in reality there were only one double bed and 2 small sofa beds. The least to say our reservation was marked for three adults and we had linen only for two arrival. The apartment itself was appallingly dirty with shoe marks on the walls and even ceiling. The biggest surprise was that the bathroom was on a completely separate level then the apartment accessed via the main staircase. Awful, not even inhabitable for junkies, don't even take the chance and that's me being polite here.
