De locatie van het appartement is zeer centraal en ideaal om het centrum van Antwerpen te ontdekken.

De hygiëne in en van het appartement viel erg tegen. Het zag er uit alsof er al langere tijd niet uitgebreid was schoongemaakt. De ramen waren zeer bevuilt en het sanitair was vies, rond uit kalkaanslag en resten van vorige huurders en er hing continu een rioollucht. De keuken was qua opzet prima, maar de koffiepot ontbrak in het koffiezetapparaat en de vaatwasser had geen inhoud (rekjes en, of mandjes) en was dus onbruikbaar. De ruimte in het appartement was verder prima voor een verblijf van twee stellen en een kind, maar de meubels waren alles behalve comfortabel. De bedden waren voor een enkele nacht prima, maar mocht je hier langere tijd willen verblijven dan wenst het enige aanpassing. Wat betreft geluiden van buiten en de buren hebben wij persoonlijk weinig overlast ervaren, maar ik kan mij voorstellen dat andere zich zouden kunnen storen aan deze omgevingsgeluiden. Het appartement biedt voldoende potentie om er een zeer knus verblijf van te maken, maar de huidige verhuurders lijken hierin weinig in geïnteresseerd. Alles is net aan voldoende of onvoldoende te noemen, daar waar er met geringe inzet best een leuke accommodatie van te maken valt.

The location of the apartment is central and the check-in office staff was reachable. After the issues occurred, the booking was eventually cancelled and refunded.

Unfortunately the apartment was not fit for stay upon arrival. There were severe hygiene problems, a dirty refrigerator with food residues, strong sewage smell in the bathroom and general cleanliness issues (dirty floors, sticky surfaces). We also found used personal items in the bathroom and the fire extinguisher appeared not functional. Due to the smell and the condition of the apartment we had to leave during the night and book a hotel at short notice. We documented the issues with photos and informed the host and Booking.com immediately. The reservation was incorrectly marked as a “no-show” by the landlord even though we arrived and documented the condition of the apartment from inside. We are still waiting for reimbursement of the additional hotel costs that occurred because we had to leave the apartment during the night.

Friendly staff at check in, and replied to messages super fast. Location is great, and the basics are good. Plenty of beds which were clean. Plenty of kitchen appliances for a short stay.

It wasn't very clean; mould in one of the bathrooms, glitter and confetti from previous guests, kitchen doors smudgy. Many things were broken or damaged; most door handles are on their last legs, many curtains were missing only having 3 rooms that could be semi dark. No stopper for the bathtub. And the surprise maintenance on the rooftop terrace. To which we were not allowed access, while it was advertised here.

I would strongly not recommend staying at this property. We essentially got fleeced for the entire cost of our stay. The apartment had not been serviced prior to our arrival. Beds were unclean with dirty bedding, stains and crumbs in the bed. The whole apartment smelled of cigarettes. There were half drunk glasses of water by the beds on arrival. The hob had been smashed with a hot plate plugged in and placed unsafely over the smashed hob. There were drinks spilt on the floor. Cigarette burns on the sofa. Dirty sinks and showers and a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms. After explaining the above the property agreed to a full refund after dropping back the keys. After doing this they refused to give the refund and now we have lost the money on this property with nothing that can be done about it. Please stay elsewhere!

De ligging is top. Zelfs met de auto voldoende parking in de buurt. Alles was ook goed geregeld.

De accomodatie zelf is gewoon echt doorleefd waardoor je geen topervaring meer hebt. Het is niet super proper. Ook de deuren en muren zijn vuil. De matrassen zijn versleten en het beddengoed was niet helemaal in orde. Te weinig inventaris in de keuken. Kleine problemen in het sanitair. Moeilijk warm te krijgen in de winter. Heel gehorig omdat de ramen niet goed afsluiten.

C’était très sale ! On sent l’appartement d’investissement dans lequel les propriétaires ne mettent jamais les pieds : les murs , les fenêtres étc étaient vraiment sales alors que c’est grand et presque neuf mais juste un coup à la va-vite ds les salles de bains et cuisine … Dommage Sans parler de l’équipement de la cuisine qui n’a aucun lien avec le nombre de couchage (1 mini casserole, pas de Couteau, manque de verres …)
