Antwerp Central Residence

I only spent a night there so cannot say much. The shower and bed were very comfortable. I did not use the kitchen or living room. I saw there was a terrace as well. Note that you have to pick up the keys in an office in a different area of Antwerp, they give you clear instructions via whatsapp.

It could be made a bit cosier in my opinion. Building can do with some maintenance.

To not have to sleep on the streets

It you book this apartment only for sleeping with a bachelor party, its doable. However, cleanliness is terrible, you can tell that the owner of the organisation (with I think owns hundreds of apartments) is mainly focussed on making money. Key pick-up with long waiting lines in different location. Finding parking for your car is even worse in the weekends.. Dirty mattresses on a dirty floor, the most cheap blankets and pillows on the market. I would not be surprised if one of us has bed bugs. All in all, great for sleeping for 3 hours, if you come for a normal holiday. Book something proper! This housing company is quantity over quality.

The location was great! It was OK for the price.

It was a different apartment, not the one I booked (due to some mishap on the side of the company). Same size and same neighborhood, but the furniture and equipment seemed old, she sofas in the living room were dirty and the entire flat could use some renovation. No usable wardrobe for the guests clothes.

Internet was not working. We had to spend the whole night in cold rooms because the radiators did not work either in the bathroom or in the living room.
