CoCo Romantic - apartment in most trendy central hotspot of Antwerp

Both very good

I loved the central location (walking distance from the station, bars and restaurants around), the design and the small extras (breakfast, coffee, orange juice) that make a difference.

Only that the bathroom was separate from the apartment - but this was not a biggie, and it was also highlighted in the description. The bathroom was super clean and spacious!

Pros: Property is near tram 1/10 stop from train station. Property is near many restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the Royal Museum of Fine Arts. About 10 minute walk to the water and about 20 minutes walk to old town center but faster on the tram, from Museum stop. Host was wonderful left food for breakfast with preparation instructions in the fridge/freezer, coffee in room. Room is in the hallway of a multi story home but entire ground floor is for guest use, wonderful shower, washer in shower area which is a large space. Outdoor area for relaxing or quick meal. Safe area and quiet at night. Communication with host was easy, fast and very helpful; answered all responses quickly and correctly. Would stay again wonder place!

This lovely apartment was complete with everything you need never to leave. But you are in The center of trendy Antwerp, so get out there and enjoy the city. The apartment has a beautiful bed, everything clean, loaded with romance and charm. A full kitchen, stuck with everything you need for a romantic breakfast including a private patio. Washer, beautiful bathroom. Your host is extremely accommodating, and full of suggestions and help for the area. Can't go wrong with this fabulous apartment

Wout was very sympathic since the first contact and prepared averything very well for the arrival. The room was very clean and cozy. Super confortable. Breakfast was also in order as promissed. The location was really good and relative close to the center. The walk there is really nice. There are many coffee places on the way and restaurants that are worth visiting. Wout was very nice and gave us some recommendations for restaurants. Our stay was really good.

There is a toiltet in the room, but the shower is across the hall. It is for private use but it is still a bit incovenient. It is still very organized and cozy.

Our access to the property had been made super easy by Wout’s detailed messages, with photos, of where everything was to be found. The accommodation was bright and spacious, recently refurbished with state-of-the-art appliances, a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast ingredients of good quality had been left in the fridge. The location was perfect for what we wanted and needed to do in Antwerp. We will be back!

We chose to stay here as part of our honeymoon adventures in Belgium. The location was great and check in and out was very easy. The breakfast supplied was very nice and we liked the free cava, it was a nice touch. The room was cosy and comfortable.

The apartment was very cold and the heater didn't seem to do much to help. The radiators were on but so low they did nothing. The instructions said bring the heater closer to you if you are cold which we thought was amusing but ineffective. We do however understand that we are in the middle of an energy crisis in Europe and we did visit when there happened to be a cold snap. We also thought the polaroids of supermodels and actors were a bit OTT but each to their own. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.
