Dat er geen personeel was om me de sleutel te over handigen terwijl ik had aangegeven dat ik tussen 21en 22 zou komen. Kon daar dus niet verblijfen terwijl ik wel betaald had.

I had to collect the keys from a different location but it was relatively close to the actual apartment so that was ok. The apartment was in a good location and within walking distance from the Central Station and the Old Historic town.

It was a bit difficult when you arrived early to wait around with your bags before you can check in and there was no place to store you bags after check out. It would be nice to have that option but we managed.

Jammer dat er geen vaatwasser was. Beddengoed was niet heel schoon

Nice location. Big living room. Could use some more decorative items.

Thin windows and doors. We could hear our neighbors very good. Gets pretty hot inside. No locks on the bathroom and toilet.

The location, balcony, living room and size of flat is excellent

Pillows are too thin, no locks on bathroom doors

It was close to the centrum

It had dust
