Masumi Spa Suite - Private Infrared Sauna and Jacuzzi - Antwerp Centre

I am returning to this place for the third time. I think all is said . I like everything here, otherwise I would not come back.

Nothing. I am satisfied.

Whenever I was in Antwerp, I tried to book this apartment - I had already saved it in my favorites a long time ago - but this apartment was always already rented. Now, for the first time, I found this apartment available on the date I would be in Antwerp for the Madonna concert. What a beautiful coincidence. I rented it immediately and have not regretted it. After watching an excellent show, being able to return to an "apartment with private spa" and being able to relax in a jacuzzi and sauna is priceless. The apartment was impeccably clean, the sauna heats up well and quite quickly. The jacuzzi was already at the ideal temperature. The jets work well and are quite strong. The apartment had a good ambient temperature. The water in the shower comes out with good strength and ideal temperature. We loved the relaxing lighting and the Buddhist sculptures. The bed has an excellent size and both the mattress and pillows are excellent. Impeccably clean and fragrant bedding. Good quality towels. The apartment has good size - ideal for a couple wanting to relax after a day out in beautiful Antwerp or after attending a concert in Sportpaleis as we did.

We gave 10 points because it really deserves it, and we liked practically everything, but anyway, we have some suggestions to give: 1 - Although we didn't need it, I think it would be nice to have a microwave for anyone booking a longer stay. 2 - It is necessary to check where the water is leaking in the shower, which causes it to flood a little near the toilet, and fix it. Also, It would be good to have a floor cloth available (even if it was an old towel) at the exit from the shower, other next to the jacuzzi and other next to the sauna door, in order to prevent the apartment from having a wet floor. We opened the cupboards searching for and took a towel and used it on the floor next to the jacuzzi to avoid getting everything wet when we went to the sauna and vice versa and put it in the bathroom when we went to take a shower, to do not step on the floor barefoot. 3 - Having an aroma diffuser and 2 or 3 essential oils available for guests to choose from would be the finishing touch for a true "private spa" experience.

Brilliant location; big space and excellent facilities. Having a personal sauna and jacuzzi is a plus. Loads of towels and also a washing machine and cleaning products- which were a big help.

As the check in is late 17:00, you will need to arrange your travel plans accordingly. Even so, Kim (whom I was also fortunate to meet) allowed us to leave our bags early which was a huge favour. I'm definitely coming back.
