Check-ins after 22:00 are possible by prior arrangement. Aplace Antwerp City Flats & Suites has no reception. Please contact the owner solely when arrived at the property, as check-in is automated via phone. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Please note that the entire Aplace building is a nonsmoking area. Since we want to guarantee every guest ‘a smoke free area’, we will charge a penalty of EUR 350 if we find traces of smoking (ashes, smell, cigarette butts…). Please note that the building does not have an elevator. Please note that the obligatory city tax of EUR 2.97 p.p.p.n. needs to be paid to the owner in cash on the day of arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
