"Owners not responsive to guest requirements diminish stay quality at nice property and location"

Good location with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and transit or walking to city center. Apartment was pretty and clean.

It was ground floor unit (which is normally fine but stone floors were cold) and it was very rainy and somewhat cold during our visit. Only the rear bedroom heating unit was operational so we had to stay huddled on bed and in bedroom. Even though we followed directions listed to restart front room heating unit it remained non-operational during entire visit. Also front room TV and remote did not work, (tried trouble shooting and battery swap but no help). Entire apartment ended up being quite dark in late afternoon and sunless days as many overhead lighting fixtures were not functioning, especially over kitchenette area. Wicker lamp in front room light bulb was useless and needs to be replaced as when on it gave just a slight glow. Owner was contacted continuously however did not respond to our difficulties.

Stoffig en paar dingen waren kapot. Geen afzuiging bij de douche. Waardoor vochtige kamer

The Red Monkey is een fijn, modern en knus appartement op de begane grond. De ligging is top. Rustig en toch vlakbij het centrum. Mooie service dat je voor inchecktijd en na uitchecktijd je bagage in de kelder kan zetten. De communicatie verliep heel prettig en lekker snel.

"Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub/Städtetrip"

Die Lage ist super, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wer nur übernachten will und vielleicht noch frühstücken ist hier super aufgehoben. Für sehr hohe Ansprüche nicht geeignet, aber wir waren zufrieden.

Wie kamen und der Abfluss im Bad war verstopft. Wurde am nächsten Tag aber sofort in Ordnung gebracht. Die Terrasse oder wie man es nennen mag wollten wir nicht unbedingt nutzen.

"Fijne locatie"

De ligging was perfect, groot ruim appartement

Badkamer schuifdeur was op, schimmel tussen. Wasbakje verstopt ( was al gemeld in review begin juli!) Planchet afwezig ( toen ook al in review) Geen ruimte om toilettas neer te zetten. Geen haakjes om jassen of kleding op te hangen.
