Beautiful Modern Apartment in the Heart of Antwerp

Location of the appartment is great. Small walk from the main highlights of Antwerp. Appartment itself is clean, 2 x twin beds were comfortable.

Facilities in the building are bare minimum. TV has only 2 working channels and kitchen has a dish washer but it's not connected/useable.

Beautiful apartment, great location

The beds were very comfy and the location was perfect for what we required.

We struggled to find the front door of the place as it was not clear where it was. The key was hard work and there was a very narrow spiral staircase to get to the apartment itself. Once in the apartment, there was another tiny small step spiral stair case from the lounge to the bedrooms. We were fine with our small carry on luggage, but big suitcases you’d struggle to get up there. The blinds were broken and hard to use in the extra bedroom. Also the ‘second bedroom’ was in the master bedroom, with a dividing door…. Which didn’t shut fully, felt like I was sleeping in a cupboard. Agreed there were futon mattresses under the bed and up against a wall, but nowhere to lie them down. There was not a bath as advertised.

Big apartment, could comfortable fit 2 couples. Nice location, and stocked with everything you need for a short stay. Nice bathroom and very comfy beds

Doesn't feel like it gets properly cleaned(dirty marks on all the walls) also did not like the staff, I messaged them to say I was going to be a day late,then next morning I messaged them again saying I changed my mind and I was coming today. When I picked up the keys he said I was lucky to still be able to use the apartment today as he nearly booked someone else in there. This seems unacceptable to me. If I book and fully pay for the apartment, then it is mine for the duration of my booking, they can't just put someone else in there if I say I was going to be a day late 😡

Apartment is clean, nice, great, quite huge 2-livels. All you need are inside. Location is great! Internet is good.

It is highly uncomfortable to get keys from 3rd part service, we stayed 30min in line before we got the keys.
