Het uiterlijk van het appartement zag er goed uit.

Slaapbank had vlekken, was stoffig en sliep niet goed.

Just a good location . Close to shops and local transportation.

Nice pictures , but not the same when you get there... First of all is on the 3rd floor ,no lift ,no info ,narrow staircase ... The property needs a proper cleanliness , it was very dusty, walls full of marks, missing curtain hooks, trash bin broken, window not closing (reported on Friday when I arrived and was told so.eone will come on Mobday or Tuesday...nobody came....)outside at night 6 °C.. I found then , same problem reported in April and still the same now..so nobody really cares... Very small bedroom with very big bed that blocks the entrance a trip hazard when you wanna to pass.... Dirty carpet ,dirty curtain ,dirty trays in the oven... dust that you can feel in your troat.. I tried to sleep on the sofa as we were 2 girls,and it was terrible, very thin, very old and stainded matress... Sorry I am was not happy ! Too much for nothing

La zona es tranquila. Excelente ubicación cerca de las paradas de metro y tranvia y a 30 minutos caminando desde la estación de tren. La cocina está bien equipada y la cama y el sofá muy cómodos. Estaba bastante limpio!

Nos pillo dos noches con mucho calor y aunque hay un ventilador de techo no era suficiente . Además la ventana del salón no abre bien y no había forma de subir la cortina-persiana de la habitación de modo que hubiera corriente de aire y se refrescara el piso. Pero los otros días que no hizo calor se pasó bien . Hay que tener en cuenta que es un tercer piso si vas con peso o personas mayores o dificultad de movilidad

La unicacion, lo limpio que estaba el lugar, es acogedor

Location in the South neighbourhood and kitchen.

Incredibly hot and stuffy – absolutely not suitable for staying in summer. The ceiling fan lacked a screw so it was not safe to use. When asked to fix it took some days to get somebody to ”fix” it. The guy imitated fixing and left it without the screw. After pointing out that, we got a floor fan two days later. No fan in the apartment while it was 32 degrees outside – the result is obvious. Two bathrooms in the description of the apartment were two sinks in the one and only bathroom. Taking a shower – means that you need to turn off the water to prevent flooding. When asked to fix it, it was equally successful as fixing the ceiling fan. While the description of the apartment reads it has a washing machine, a little detail is left out. The apartment is on the third floor up a narrow staircase, the washing machine is in the cellar and often occupied by the laundry made by the maintenance staff – some bed covers stayed inside for several days without being taken out.

the location was great, it was near lots of restaurants, coffee spots and pubs. the neighborhood is relatively quiet and rather interesting. the room looks beautiful, the beds are comfy and it is spacious. the property was clean, it had good facilities and good internet.

we had an issue with a complete lack of toiletries (even though we were supposed to receive them) and the bedroom window didn't close all the way. we contacted the host through WhatsApp as instructed in the folder we received at the property, however we never got a response. the luggage storage is rather confusing and hard to access.

Our room was at 3rd floor. No lift. Tiny stairs. No parking. It was really hard with two luggages

Great location, clear instructions, we were able to store our luggage. Clean and good facilities. Lovely bathroom and kitchen.

The sofa bed had a very thin mattress. We stated we would be arriving with 4 people, however the sofa bed had not been prepared for us. We had to search for blankets and pillows and make the bed ourselves.
