The door was blocked and nobody answered the WhatsApp, although they told me to use the WhatsApp for emergencies.

Nothing about the place was good.except location

It is sad to say that this house is not supposed to be found on booking site as good for living. We were first confronted by the agent who made sure so many law binds our stay. such as paying extra for every visitor who come to see us. Then on arriving at the property we were so surprise to see a building undergoing rennovation been rented to us. Please booking dot com Kindle check our claim.about this building. And help stop this kind of acts. We have picture and video's to our claims.

Location was good. The heating was good.

Was a not as described. The furniture was poor, one hanging rail for two bedrooms with no other closet space. There was extras to pay for at the time of collection as they said I only had 2 people listed for a room that had space for 6 beds and that’s not including the city tax.

I can't say that I liked anything about this property because it doesn't look like the picture shown on booking.com. I don't recommend it at all. The smell in it made me sick for two weeks so be really careful with this apartment, it's disgusting.🤢

The so-called ‘Industrial Lofts’ was a complete disaster from the moment we arrived. The smell of urine on the stairway leading up to the apartment was overwhelming and disgusting. Once inside, things only got worse. The apartment was filthy, with dirt everywhere, spiders crawling around, and old, worn-out furniture that looked like it hadn’t been updated in years. To top it all off, there was a lack of hot water, making it impossible to take a proper shower. Like my previous stay elsewhere, I had to deal with the hassle of picking up keys in another part of the city while dragging my luggage around. The host was equally unhelpful, and the entire experience was unbearable from start to finish. The building desperately needs attention and proper maintenance, and the host should consider switching to a more convenient key system, such as keyless entry.

My stay at the ‘Industrial Lofts’ was an absolute nightmare, with the filthy, rundown apartment and unpleasant host making it one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had

Narrow staircase going up 3 floors . Difficult with big suitcase . There is no lift

Very basic. Balcony closed off. Staircase very narrow and steep for older people and larger suitcases.
