On n'a pas vu l'hôte mais très réactive. Bien fourni alimentaires (sel,poivre café etc ) et même lessive pour le lave-linge

Peit studio,,tout y est en petit. Un peu bruyant sur la rue (voitures).

La posizione ottima , il prezzo molto buono , la casa molto bella , con qualche difetto ma buona. Spaziosa tutto quello che serve c’è .

Il water ballerino, la doccia piccola , alcune cose poco curate a livello di igiene.

Super Lage, wenige Meter bis zum Strand, weg vom Massentourismus, Las palmas und Maspalomas mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar Sehr bemühtes Personal!!

Warmwasser( es reicht nur max. für 1 Person) Stromversorgung!!!, sobald ein Gerät(Waschmaschine, Herd) in Betrieb genommen wurde viel der Strom in der ganzen Wohnung aus. Nach einem erlittenen Stromschlag, durch unzureichend gesicherten Stromkasten, mussten wir das nahegelegene Krankenhaus aufsuchen!!!! Positiv, es wurde vom Vermieter eine neue Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt.

La cercanía a la playa, el trato con la persona encargada del apartamento rápido y eficaz, es un edificio tranquilo, aparcas muy fácilmente cerca.

Lo único que cambiaría del piso es la cortina del baño, de resto todo tiene un 10 , la cama super cómoda, el sillón tambien, la iluminación, la limpieza, todo genial.
