La reserva del hospedaje se realizó con antelación y la comunicación con la persona encargada también, donde se consultó si se podía hacer el check in al medio día y la persona confirmo que si se podía realizar, el día que llegue a la ciudad dure más de una hora tratando de contactarlo dado que no contestaba el celular y una vez estando en la entrada del hospedaje con mi hija y maletas el señor simplemente dice que no me va entregar el apto y que debo esperar más de 3 horas, siendo una falta desde el inicio de responsabilidad, porque el señor solo respondió rápido para solicitar el abono de lo contrario es bastante difícil encontrarlo, evidentemente es una falta de transparencia.
