Beds hard, bugs, got stuck on elevator for about 30 mins

The space was safe and clean.

The parking lot is easy to overlook and a little tricky with reserving a spot.

Having to wait up to 10 minutes for elevator service at checkout time because of the number of people checking out at the same time.

The actual inside of the condo is amazing. Very big, very clean, very comfortable and comfy. The male concierge on duty was very helpful in trying to get me checked in.

The address imo should have given the name of the condo and not just a title because it was getting dark and I wasn't familiar with the area at all so I passed it 3 times and I was afraid because of the location. The reserved parking spot didn't make me feel safe at all I had a relative on video call for safety and he stayed on the phone with me until I was in the condo safely. I asked for a visitors parking spot because I was alone and I stressed that I was alone. The reply I got was "I'm sorry we're booked however the parking lot has plenty of empty spaces and a visitors parking spaces that had empty spaces available. I begged to please and the reply was there's a parking lot across the street that I could pay for again I was alone and it hadn't gotten dark. The parking spot was all the way in the back and it wasn't well lit. For the price I thought more accommodations should have at least been attempted. It should be said somewhere that the condo is next to a laundry room because I kept hearing noses like someone was trying to get in therefore I put the chair and bench in front of the door and found out when I was leaving the condo that it was a laundry room. There was also a lot of noise in the hallway and on the streets so my night was long and not much sleep.

The individual unit was well put together and clean

The building was disgusting? Elevator was broke. First 4 floors have major mold issues and had the elevators blocked so in the event there was emergency, we’d have no way to escape. All units on the first few floors have red warning signs deeming the building as unsafe.
