Everything about this property was excellent! Marco had anticipated all our needs and was very friendly and responsive with our questions. Unit is 5 min to train station and 10-15 min to main tourist area. Marco even provided a list of restaurants, supermarkets and tourist sites. If we return to Bologna, we will try to stay here again!

Short hallway to unit was dark until we found the light switch. It would be better if it was motion sensitive. However, no big issue. Phone torch showed us what we needed in roughly 10 seconds.

Great location, close to train station and city center. Marco the host was very nice and responsive, as we had an issue an he solved it very quick.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, towels and bed linen are old.

Marco was an excellent host, very kind and helpful, he helped us with a personal issue we had. The apartment is very well located, with easy access to the train station and the historic center. We found everything we needed nearby. The kitchen is well equipped, and the apartment is very clean and pleasant.

Location was close to train station so could walk there and no taxi needed. Easy walk to places in the area. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

Nos gustó todo. Comodidades, limpieza, buena ubicación para movernos en transporte público o caminando, cercanía a negocios y la estación. ¡Excelente!
