Cleanliness, AC, comfy bed, kitchen was well appointed.

Long convoluted way to get to apartment once in the building. This can’t be helped but the many stairs would be hard for those with heavy luggage. I just had a backpack. Also, would be nice to have a place to store luggage during the day.

Location and bus connection to city center is perfect. Area is quiet.

There wasn't hot watter working, we don't know why. I didn't have enough time to call/write owners so i really hope that they will help us to sort this problem if i will write them.

Conveniently situated. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

The kitchen left a lot to be desired! No plug for the sink, no bowl to place in the sink. Many of the dishes (the mugs in particular) were in the cupboard, but dirty. We really battled as there is also no dish rack. There was only 1 tea towel which was wet within minutes given all the dishes that needed washing. The pans were also in a shocking state and had to be cleaned before we could use them. We also battled to find this apartment. The name is at the back of the building. There is no clue at the front of the building as to whether we were in the right place. The apartment is very small. There are no curtains in the bedroom so the room is very light at night because of lighting feom neighbouring buildings.

⚫ Excellent Location: Bus stop towards several locations available just in front of the apartment or in 5 mins walk. There is a petrol pump nearby. There are couple of Super markets and restaurants in the vicinity. ⚫ Parking: Even though the apartment does not have a private parking, we never faced a problem to find a parking lot in the nearby street. The parking on BLUE area is not FREE on working days. (This will come as an additional cost) ⚫ Check-in: There was no person on the property/premises to welcome you and give you a brief intro, still there was a comfortable check-in process through Phone/WhatsApp/messaging Apps. The care taker responded on one of the communication mediums with in minutes and good support from the care taker.

⚫ Bedrooms: The beds in the room are not that good for a comfortable sleep. The bed frames are not stable at all... So the sleep was not that good over the complete stay. I don't think the pillow covers, sheets and blankets are well maintained - the whole things felt dusty. The moment we ley down on the bed couple of us (in both rooms) started sneezing. ⚫ Kitchen: The utensils in the kitchen are too much used (old) and need replacement may be several months back. Visibly not that much "clean". ⚫ Waste disposal: The public waste disposal machines on the road side needed access card to open them. This apartment had such cards and unfortunately they were not working. This gave us some challenges towards waste disposal. ⚫ General: No keys provided for any rooms. Specifically the bathroom keys were important. We asked the caretaker and as they were not available around, no solution was provided. So we had to refresh our singing skills when using bathroom/toilet. The rooms where a bit small and we always felt a bit 'congested'. All the rooms and are looking exactly as shown in the booking.com pictures, but when you experience it - the feeling is different. ⚫ Check-in: There was no person at the property to welcome you and give you a brief introduction. ⚫ Parking: No private parking available for the property.

Cleanliness and comfort can be improved.

The locations is great: green part of the city on a walking distance to the touristic centrum. Easy to park the car on a side street, a day ticket is only 6 euro. The presence of washing machine in the bathroom was blessing for us after several days of traveling. Kitchen well equipped, food shop in the close neighborhood. The entire contact with the owner went via Whatsapp but the person was very responsive and helpful so indeed no need to see anybody in presence.

The house had plenty of space and the hostess always responded quickly to everything. The accommodation is a little far from the center, approximately 30 minutes on foot, but the path is well done. The area is safe.

In the main bedroom there were ants throughout the floor and some bugs as well (one of us ended up having a bad allergic reaction to the bugs). The window on the main bedroom doesn't have any binders or curtains so there is direct sunlight in early hours of the morning. The toilet was broken and the water kept running throughout the nights, making a very loud noise. The structure of the beds wasn't great as well.
